Grovepay uses the collected Personal Information only to provide agreed upon services to its registered users. User data is saved securely in database and back up of database is also encrypted. Grovepay's authorized agents may access Grovepay's technology to collect/use/update user information in the course of providing services to the registered user. We will not sell or share collected information with any third party; however, we reserve the right to share information with any third party that makes a legally compliant request for its disclosure.We’ll only keep your information for as long as we require it for our purposes. We may be required to keep some of your information for certain periods of time under law. When we no longer require your information, we’ll ensure that your information is destroyed or de-identified.We may use or disclose your personal information to let you know about other products or services we or a third party make available and that may be of interest to you. You can request from Grovepay at any time information about which Personal Information Grovepay processes about you and the correction or deletion of such Personal information. Please note, however, that Grovepay can delete your Personal information given that there is no statutory obligation or prevailing right of Grovepay to retain it. Kindly note that if you request that Grovepay deletes your Personal information, you will not be able to continue to use any Grovepay service that requires Grovepay's use of your Personal information.

Right to restrict usages

Furthermore, you can request from Grovepay that Grovepay restricts your Personal information from any further processing in any of the following events: (i) you state that the Personal information Grovepay has about you is incorrect, (but only for as long as Grovepay requires to check the accuracy of the relevant Personal information), (ii) there is no legal basis for Grovepay processing your Personal information and you demand that Grovepay restricts your Personal information from further processing, (iii) Grovepay no longer requires your Personal information but you claim that you require Grovepay to retain such data in order to claim or exercise legal rights or to defend against third party claims.

If you believe that Grovepay is not processing your Personal information in accordance with the requirements set out herein, you can at any time lodge a complaint with Grovepay by sending a mail to us. We are committed to resolving your complaint and doing the right thing by our customers. Most complaints are resolved quickly, and you should hear from us within fifteen business days.
